Ingredients
- 400 gms long-grain biryani rice
- 4 eggs
- 3-4 tsp cooking oil
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 3-4 cloves
- 7-10 black peppercorns
- 1 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2-4 cardamom pods
- 2-4 black cardamom pods
- 1-2 whole star anise
- 1 tsp biryani masala
- 1 stalk of fresh coriander leaves
- 1 stalk of fresh mint leaves
- 3-4 green chilli
- 10-15 curry leaves
- Salt to taste

Method
- The first step to prepare this recipe is to boil the egg properly in a pan
- Take the boiled eggs and remove the hard shells and make pores in the eggs with the toothpick. This process will help to absorb the flavour of spices
- Be cautious about making pores, it shouldn’t destroy the shape of the egg
- Take a pan with the lid and put it over the flame
- Once the pan gets heated, add cooking oil/ ghee to it and heat the oil for 2-3 minutes
- Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the heated oil
- Add boiled egg into the pan and fry it for 4-5 minutes or until the eggs get golden brown
- Take out the eggs from the pan and add spices (cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, star anise) to the pan, and heat the mixture for 2-3 minutes
- Add ginger-garlic paste to the mixture and cook it for 4-5 minutes,
- Add biryani powder to the mixture and cook the mixture till the spices are full cooked
- Add water to the mixture required to cook the rice properly
- Add curry leaves and salt as per the taste to the mixture
- Once the mixture starts boiling add the fried boiled eggs to the mixture, finely chopped coriander leaves, chilli and mint leaves to the mixture
- Cover the lid of the pan and lower the flame to the lowest level and let it cook for 15-20 minutes or the rice is properly cooked
